Q	Where is the Tari Spa located?
A	Tari Spa is the hotel spa of Bali Garden Hotel and located at level 1. It's just five minutes' drive from Bali's International Airport.
Q	What makes The Tari Spa different from other spas?
A	Our therapists are highly trained in the art of pampering and relaxation and all our facilities are brand new. Our environment encourages a mindful rejuvenation of the body mind and spirit.
Q	How early should I arrive?
A	We suggest you allow 15-minutes prior to your first appointment in order to allow time to check-in at the Spa front desk, have a tour to familiarize yourself with our facility.
Q	What if this is my first time at a spa?
A	The Tari Spa is the perfect location for your first time Spa experience. Our friendly staff and personal touch will ease any apprehension and promises to make your first impression a memorable one.
Q	How do I schedule my spa treatments?
A	Dial 1033 if you are in house guest of Bali Garden Hotel and one of our trained reservation will help you to schedule your treatment. They will explain each treatment in detail. If you want to make reservation by phone from outside please dial +62 361 752725 or by fax : +62 361 752728. Booking by email is also acceptable, send your reservation to info@baligardenhotel.com
Q	Is it unusual to travel there alone?
A	No. Many guests travel on their own. Experience personal seclusion or enjoy the opportunity to meet other guests in the warm and friendly atmosphere the Spa has to offer.
Q	Am I required to totally disrobe during my treatments?
A	Because we want you to feel totally at ease, you are not required to do anything that may make you uncomfortable. Ask your reservation consultant which body treatments require nudity.
Q	May I request a male or female therapist or the same therapist I had last visit?
A	While we will make every effort to honor your requests, due to scheduling demands we cannot guarantee your choice of therapist requests. Our therapists are trained in both treatment and draping protocols to ensure your comfort at all times.
Q	What if I have allergies, am pregnant, or other health concerns?
A	Any information provided to our staff is held in strictest confidence. In order for your spa experience to be most pleasurable and beneficial, we encourage you to inform us of any pertinent information regarding your health. Some treatments may be contraindicated for pregnancy and other medical conditions.
Q	What should I do if I am pregnant?
A	As some treatments are not advised during pregnancy, please let your reservations consultant know if you are or think you are pregnant. Treatments marked with the (P) after their name are contraindicated during pregnancy.
Q	When is it best to do my spa treatment?
A	Most guests prefer to do their treatment in the afternoons. However, reservation made from 8AM until 13PM and from 6PM until 10PM receive 10% discount from our regular price.
Q	How do I guarantee my reservation?
A	Reservations can be guaranteed by providing Visa or Master Credit Card details by Fax to +62 361 752728 together with the following documents:   Copy of Passport Copy of Credit Card both side An Authorization letter confirming that you authorize Bali Garden Hotel to debit your Credit Card.
Q	How do I cancel my reservation?
A	Reserved appointments for all treatments and services require a 24-hour advance notice of cancellation or revision, or a full charge will apply.
	All prices, treatments and packages are subject to change without notice. To ensure peace, quiet and the health of our guests, smoking, cell phones and beepers are not permitted in the spa. Spa Hours: Tari Spa opens daily Monday - Sunday (8:00am – 10:00pm )
